田睿达是个老实巴交的农民工工头，一心只想为工人拉项目谋福利，他总觉得真心可以换真心，却低估了人性的丑陋，寒冬腊月，他舍命拉来项目，本以为大家都可以过个好年，谁知工人们却想着过河拆桥，争执中，他怀孕的妻子被惊吓早产，差点酿成大祸，田睿达终于下定决心，要跟这些工人一刀了断，走属于自己的路。
